If you get all of the answers correct you can walk away with 5,000 cash and then repeat the game again.
There are 15 rounds over the course of a Beat the Drop game and you can choose among a number of questions. The maximum you can win is 5,000 if you guess all 15 questions correctly and go all-in on each question.
