What is an inside bet?

In roulette, an inside bet is where you put your chips on individual numbers inside the ♨️ roulette grid. Because you’re focusing on individual numbers, rather than any red number for example, the roulette odds are significantly ♨️ reduced. However, with the higher risk comes a greater reward, so your payout would be more generous.

Putting your chips on ♨️ a single number is called a straight-up bet, and this is the most common type of inside bet, paying out ♨️ at 35:1 in European and American Roulette.

What is an outside bet?

Outside bets are made by placing your bet on options ♨️ outside of the numbered roulette grid. These bets increase your chances of winning on each spin, but pay out less ♨️ than an inside bet would.
