Director Tom Six stated in 2010 that he was working on a sequel to The Human Centipede (First Sequence), as well as a possible third film depending upon its success. He said that the plot would follow on from the first film, but with a centipede made from 12 people as opposed to the three victims of the first.
The second movie, "The Human Centipede 2 (Full Sequence)," follows a man who becomes obsessed with the first movie and decides to create his own human centipede.
