Convictions. During June 2024, Singapore's State Court sentenced James Wardhana, Wirecard's international finance manager to 21 months and Chai Ai Lim, Wirecard Asia's Head of Finance, to 10 months of imprisonment.
Wirecard AG's shares face the end of their life on Germany's main exchange, with the collapsed payment processor set to delist in Frankfurt next week. The company will be removed from the exchange after Nov. 15, with others such as Stuttgart set to follow.
