Flame is a single "tongue" of fire, like from a candle or match. Flames can be any size, but is usually not used alone. You could say the forest went up in flames, but you wouldn't say there was a big flames in the mountains. Blaze is a big or extra hot fire.
Plug your Fire TV into your TV's HDMI port and then plug the power adapter into an outlet. Use the USB cable to connect the power adapter and your Fire TV. Put batteries in your Fire TV remote. Turn on your TV and switch to the correct HDMI input.
