Ludo (/ljudo/; from Latin ludo '[I] play') is a strategy board game for two to four players, in which the players race their four tokens from start to finish according to the rolls of a single die.
The name Ludo came from England in 1896. Its first name (before it was called Ludo) was pachisi (in India). Ludo can be played with a minimum of two players and a maximum of four players.
