When betting on the Over market you need the total runs of a game to exceed 0.5 for your bet to win. For example if you placed a bet on an outcome to go Over 0.5 Runs you require the end result of a baseball game to have a total (combined score of both teams) greater than or equal to 1 Runs for your bet to win.
Runs created equals the product of the sum of walks and hits minus the times caught stealing and the sum of total bases and 0.55 of the stolen bases divided by the sum of walks and at bats.
