Keanu Reeves and Winona Ryder were 28 and 21 years old respectively in 1992. Even Gary Oldman was only 34 in 92. Not exactly old people. Unless you're saying that Bram Stoker's Dracula wasn't a success.
Renfield hasn't physically aged past being around 32 years old since Dracula (1931), but this could change after he finally decided to betray Dracula in the 2024 movie. It's unclear whether Dracula's powers are actively giving him his immortality, and whether such powers weaken in relation to Dracula's physical state.
