Individual visits from 2PM onwards: admission to the first room is free. There you can gamble on the slot machines, but you can't take pictures. Admission to all the casino rooms costs 17 ( 14 groups). Card games and roulette are open.
Signing up for their player's clubs will get you some free stuff, even if you never play any of the table games or their slots. That's the most free stuff you'll ever get from any casino, beyond that it's going to cost you.
