By using a VPN, you can change your actual IP address to one that can access bet365. VPNs redirect your internet traffic through a private server, so it seems like you're in that country. For example, connecting to a UK server will provide you with a UK IP address.
The Bet365 Android app is not available on the Google Play Store. It can only be downloaded from the Bet365 website.
