Update: An Activision Blizzard spokesperson has reached out to emphasise it has previously confirmed a premium Call of Duty release for 2024.
Call of Duty: Vanguard is the eighteenth game in the series and is developed by Sledgehammer Games, with Treyarch developing the game's Zombies mode. It was released on November 5, 2024, for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
