Go into the social menu (in the top-right hand corner of the lobby screen) and anyone on the same platform as you will be displayed, allowing you to invite them. For anyone on a different system, navigate to the "add friends" option.
Just follow the steps below.

Open the 'Configuration Files' section from your control panel.

Select the 'Text Editor' option next to 'main\\server.cfg'

Refer to the Example Configuration below and change the respective settings where you need to do so in order to configure your server to your desires.
