Even though your winrate (measured in big blinds/100 hands) will be lower in Zoom, you can potentially make more money overall simply because Zoom allows you to play so many more hands than a regular table. So Zoom poker is absolutely perfect for somebody who likes to put in big time volume and "grind" like me.
The Zoom games are harder but the difference is not massive. And what they might lose in terms of game quality they certainly make up for in terms of fun. However, if maximizing your winrate and moving up quickly are your goals in poker, then I would suggest that the regular tables are probably a better bet for you.
